What we collect
When you place an order we collect your name, email address, shipping address and payment confirmation. Payment card details are handled by our payment processor and never stored by us. If you subscribe to emails, we store your email address and your subscription preferences.
How order details are stored
Order information is stored in Shopify, our e-commerce platform, so we can process payment, fulfill shipments, handle returns and provide support. Shopify maintains industry-standard security, encryption and access controls. We only access the order data needed to run the store and never share it with unrelated third parties.
How emails are stored
Email addresses from orders and newsletter signups are stored in our email system at notify.grooovie.com, powered by Lovable Cloud. We use them to send order confirmations, shipping updates and — if you opted in — marketing emails. Emails are stored securely, sent over encrypted connections and only accessed by the team members who manage customer communication.
How we use it
To process and ship your order, answer your support messages, send order updates, and — if you opted in — send occasional emails about products and guides. We also use aggregate analytics to understand which pages people find useful.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers needed to run the store: our e-commerce and payments platform, our shipping carriers, our email platform and our analytics providers. We do not sell your personal information.
