Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm your order by email once payment is accepted. We may cancel and refund an order if an item is unavailable or if we spot a pricing error.
Pricing and payment
Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. Payment is processed by our payment provider at the time you place your order.
Shipping
Free standard shipping on US orders over $35. Orders ship within one business day, and standard delivery usually takes three to five business days. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
Returns
90-day hassle-free returns. Contact us within 90 days of delivery and we'll make it right. For hygiene reasons, returned tools should be cleaned before shipping back.
Safe use
Our tools are cosmetic beauty tools, not medical devices, and nothing on this site is medical advice. Use light pressure, always with oil, and stop if you feel pain. Avoid broken skin, active acne, sunburn and recent cosmetic procedures. If you have a skin condition or take blood thinners, check with your doctor first.
